Paying Your HOA Dues

 

Annual Dues.  The annual dues invoice is typically mailed out in December/January and payment is due by January 31st.  The dues amount for 2022 was $365.00.  If payment is not received by the date indicated, a late fee of $25.00 per month will be assessed to your account.  

 

Late Payments.  The Board has put in place a vigorous collections process and you are encouraged to pay your annual dues in a timely manner to avoid additional collection and legal expenses.  If you are experiencing financial hardship and need to make other payment arrangements, please contact the Next Door Management Team by the due date to facilitate this process.

 

How to Pay Your Dues.  In an effort to make paying your dues as easy as possible, the Board of Directors is excited to offer an online payment option that gives homeowners 24/7 access to their account via computer or mobile device.  Convenience fees are well below the industry average at 2.95% for credit cards and $0.50 for electronic funds transfer (EFT).

Dues may also be paid by check.  Please make checks payable to Bradford Glen Homeowners' Association and mail to P.O. Box 72733, Thorndale, Pennsylvania 19372.
