Annual HOA Meeting
Thursday, June 18th at United Sports Training Center- 1426 Marshallton Thorndale Road, Downingtown, PA 19335 "Party Room 1"
We are looking to fill three (3) open board positions as the terms are expiring this year for Katherine Archibald,
Eric Lefkof and Laurie Wyche-Abele. If you are interested in running for the Board, please send a signed and
dated biography that answers the following questions:
          -Why are you interested in running for the HOA Board?
          -What skills or life experiences do you have that would be of value to the HOA Board?
 
In order to be eligible to serve on the Board, you must be a member in good standing per Section 4.01(c) of the
Bylaws and submit a signed and dated biography to the Secretary by May 31, 2026. Please send your biography

As a friendly reminder, the Association's Board of Directors is responsible for the following:
-Caring for and maintaining the entrances, common ground, drainage ditches, sidewalks and cul-de-sac
plantings.
-Enforcing the Architectural Rules which are part of our deed to ensure sheds and fences are placed on
personal property and not on common ground.
-Keeping and maintaining our property values while following the Bylaws.
-Collaborating with our financial property manager to create and maintain a yearly budget
- Procuring RFP's and contracts with our vendors.
 
We are hoping to host another Community Food Truck Event on Friday, June 5th. All event details will be sent
via email, so it is important to have your current email address on file. If you need to add or update your email
