The board would like to provide an update on tree assessments throughout the development.  Due to the severity of recent storms, there have been numerous concerns about trees that are on the common ground that could potentially pose a danger to property.  Any concern about trees that are received are taken seriously and assessed in a timely manner.  Please note that the board needs to be fiscally prudent with regards to tree removal to avoid having to impose a special assessment.  As such, every request for non-urgent tree issues cannot be acted on at this time.  We hope you understand the balance needed to protect property loss while minimizing the need for further financing.
