The current thought is this will increase dues by $100 per household to $360/yr/household. In these economically difficult times we have time not money – volunteers are needed.
We will teach, guide and help you with the operation of your HOA. Areas that are infrequent and easy include: generating a 5407 Certification, Statement of Dues, Mutt-Mitt, Contractor communication, encroachment identification and documentation, accounts receivable, website upkeep, newsletter.
